By accessing or using PayForNothing.org (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please close this tab and enjoy your nothing for free — no hard feelings.
2. Description of Service
PayForNothing.org is a satirical, novelty digital product. We offer subscriptions and one-time purchases that provide no tangible product, service, software, or deliverable of any kind. This is intentional. You are paying for the experience of paying for nothing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as LemonSqueezy or Paddle). Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. One-time purchases are charged once. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. What You Receive
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. No software, no downloads, no access to any platform, no support tickets, no updates, no roadmap, no features, and no promises of future features. You acknowledge and accept this prior to purchase.
6. Refund Policy
Since we deliver exactly what we promise — nothing — all sales are generally final. However, if you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact your payment provider directly. We will cooperate with any legitimate dispute resolution process.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider's dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive nothing for the remainder of your billing period, after which you will receive nothing for free.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by PayForNothing.org and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website's functionality, or misrepresent the nature of this Service to third parties in a way that could be considered fraudulent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Given that we provide nothing, there is very little that can go wrong.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayForNothing.org and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Privacy
We collect only the minimum data necessary to process your payment (handled by our third-party payment providers). We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal information. We don't track you, profile you, or send you emails — because that would be something, and we don't do something.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
